Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and friendly Grocery Shop Employee to assist customers and support the daily operations of the grocery store. The employee will help maintain product displays and manage inventory while ensuring the shop remains clean and organized. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide helpful service. Assist customers in finding products and answering basic questions. Arrange and restock products on shelves. Check product prices and expiration dates. Maintain clean and organized shelves and store areas. Receive and organize incoming products. Assist with inventory counting and stock management. Operate the cash register and process customer payments when required. Handle cash and other payment methods accurately. Pack customer purchases when needed. Report damaged or missing products to the supervisor. Follow store safety and hygiene procedures. Perform other routine duties assigned by the store manager.

Requirements

Previous grocery or retail experience is preferred but not required. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Honest and responsible attitude. Basic ability to handle cash and simple calculations. Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to lift and move grocery products safely.
